Returns & exchanges.

You may return eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

To begin, contact us at hello@ateasthml.com. After you tell us you would like to return an item, please send it back within 14 days.

Items should be returned unworn, clean, and with original packaging and labels where possible. If an item has been worn, damaged, or used beyond checking fit, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that it has been sent back.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange items must be unworn, clean, and returned with original packaging and labels where possible.

Seasonal and promotional items can be exchanged if stock is available. Eligible online purchases still keep their statutory return rights.
