Terms of sale.

These terms apply to online purchases from atéa. The legal business details, registered address, and VAT number, if applicable, are listed in our Legal notice.

• Product pages describe the main characteristics of each item, including available sizes, colour, price, and material information where available.
• The total price, including taxes and any delivery charges, is shown before payment.
• An order is placed when you complete checkout and use the payment button that confirms an obligation to pay.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or order information appears incorrect.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment providers may perform fraud checks, authentication, and transaction processing before an order is confirmed.

Delivery arrangements, available destinations, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed. See Shipping for the current service overview.

EU consumers have a legal guarantee if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as expected for goods of the same type. This legal guarantee is separate from, and not reduced by, any commercial return or exchange policy.
